The picture book The Knight And The Dragon revives an ancient legend from the Middle Ages. The main characters of the story are a fearless knight, a beautiful royal daughter and a fierce, always hungry dragon.

The tense story of rescuing the king’s daughter from a fire-breathing dragon has a happy and fun ending.

At the end of the picture book, there is an interesting addition about a real statue of St. George, which is hidden among other treasures in the Slovene Museum of Christianity. It was this statue that inspired the author Sara Primec to write this story, and illustrations were added by Irena Rotar.
