Explore Slovene Museum of Christianity

The exhibition focuses on the first years after the end of World War I. The end of the war brought the disintegration of the Habsburg monarchy and the birth of a new state of southern Slavs. At the center of the exhibition is the little man who felt most the consequences of the past war and the political changes that decisively shaped his everyday life. The authors have selected some key documents from the rich written and photographic material, which most convincingly reflect the spirit and issues of the time, which was very promising, but very difficult for many.
