Kamishibai is a Japanese form of storytelling alongside pictures. In the stories, the children meet the medieval scribe Bernard, the brave knight George and the shoemaker brother Celestin.
The children look at the space and the exhibits. They look for those who have appeared in the stories. They see a reconstruction of a medieval scriptorium with all the tools used by scribes. Within the ethnological collection, they learn about old crafts and observe objects that people once used in everyday life.
